How we make money
- Display ads on this site, sold openly at a published rate — see our rate card. A display-advertising resource selling its own placements transparently is consistent, not conflicted.
- Ad-tech tool affiliate — analytics, verification and ad servers we have actually used. Disclosed on the page.
- Newsletter sponsorship — a single labelled slot, rate published.
- Paid resources and consulting — where the author is qualified, disclosed on every relevant page.
What we refuse
- Brokerage or resale of placements.
- Affiliate income from any broker or network we assess.
- Sponsored reviews of ad networks.
- Removing or softening a red-flag assessment under pressure.
Teardown correction & removal policy
Teardowns are assessments made in good faith against our published framework. We will correct a demonstrated factual error. We will not remove a fair assessment, alter a verdict, or add undisclosed favourable coverage in exchange for money or the withdrawal of advertising. Legal threats do not change this; factual evidence does.
